When I will receive the license key?
In the most cases you will receive the key in several minutes after placing an order. Anyway, sometime it may take additional time.
Are there any discounts available?
Yes. Academic and Government users are eligible for special pricing.
What does "number of sessions" mean?
It means number of users logged to a single remote server concurrently. It makes sense for Terminal Services environment where several users can be logged to the same server. In case if single user environment is used, apply for "Single user session" license for each remote server.
Ordering and Payment
MyCommerce (a Digital River company) is our e-commerce service provider who process online orders for our customers. They accept different payment ways, including credit card, wire transfer, Check, PayPal, etc. and support different payment currencies.

How to place a Purchase Order?
We accept Purchase Orders from companies only. There are two ways how to place it.
1. Place a PO to MyCommerce (our e-commerce service provider).
On the Purchase page, select needed number of licenses, update subscription, etc and then click "Place purchase order" link instead of "Proceed to Checkout". As result, you will be forwarded to MyCommerce Fax Order page. Then just follow the instructions there.
2. Place a PO directly to FabulaTech.
In case if you prefer to place a PO to FabulaTech directly, please contact our sales team to get instructions.
How to purchase via Wire transfer or by Check instead of paying by a credit card?
You just need to select "Wire Transfer" or "Check" in Payment Options on Checkout page. Please note, that wire transfer usually takes several days (and a Check payment can take even several weeks) and you will receive your license key as soon as your payment becomes processed.
You can purchase Backup CD. The CD contains installation files of all FabulaTech software. Please note that your license key is not stored on a CD.
I have an issue while purchasing online via MyCommerce. How to contact them?

I have a question about VAT, sales taxes or tax refund.
Depending on your billing location, value-added tax or other local sales taxes may be included in the order price. Taxes are processed automatically during the payment procedure after specifying your address.
In order to get TAX refund or avoid taxation, please consult with Shopper Support for more information and provide additional documents upon their request.
Once your tax information is received, a refund will be issued for the taxes if the order meets the requirements for tax exemption.
Post-Sales
I received the license key but it does not work.
1. FabulaTech offers a lot of software products, please ensure that you apply the key to the right product.
2. Please ensure that you copied/pasted the key completely, including --BEGIN-- and --END-- lines.
Anyway, if you are still experiencing issues with applying the license key, please make screenshot that demonstrates the applied key and error message and send it to our support team.
Send us information allowing us to identify your order (Product name, Email, Order date, Number of licenses, etc). We will try to assist you as soon as possible.
I haven't received the license key after the payment.

Customer satisfaction is our top priority, so all FabulaTech products are distributed as "try before buy". That means user has possibility to thoroughly evaluate its usefulness and functionality before making a purchase. This "try before buy" approach is the ultimate guarantee that the software will perform to his satisfaction. Therefore there is no refund policy for any purchase of our products.
What is an update subscription?
As a licensed user you obtain a right to get free software updates during 12 (twelve) months since the date of your purchase. This includes both minor and major software updates in appropriate time period.
After the end of this period you're welcome to Update Subscription Renewal, that allows to get the new versions and free software updates for next twelve months. Please note: You can use the version you got after purchase for any time you want, without any time limitations.
